I’m going to be showing you something about a written warranty that we have for the dental treatment that we do. We stand behind our work and what we do for patients to treat them. We really focus on prevention also and so we’ve combined the warranty with prevention. Any dentistry that is done in our office we have all written out here from 0-2 years after treatment. If there’s any problem with anything that’s done, we will warranty it 100%. That’s assuming that you come in to get your teeth cleaned when you should be getting them cleaned. We use the analogy of an auto mechanic who will warranty an engine, for example, or whatever it might be, as long as they come in and get their oil changed every 3000 miles. We need to focus on prevention because we can fight problems when they’re small and if the mouth is not taken care of and we do any type of dental treatment then that will, it obviously becomes a risk. We want to make sure we can catch the problems when their small. So if we go from 2 to 3 years is 80% that we will cover and you’d be responsible for 20%. When we go to 3 to 4 years old, from 60%, 4 to 5 years our office responsibility is 40% and patients 60%. And then after 5 years it ends up being at 0 coverage. But what we want to do is, we really want to try to focus on prevention for our patients. We want to make certain that everything is managed in a very healthy way and that we really do the things that we recommend in our office so the warranty can be valid. This is something we think is a good value at our office considering many offices when you go to them, they don’t give you any type of warranty, especially when it’s in writing.
