Hi, my name is Pam Bologna and I’m the office manager here at Dr. Antolak’s dental office in Shelby Township, Michigan.

One thing that I want to tell you about is, on top of taking care of the financial arrangements here for Dr. Antolak.  We offer an in house dental plan. It is not dental insurance. It’s a dental plan that is an alternative to dental insurance. So, if you are one of those out there without dental insurance and you think you can’t afford it. Don’t think about it, just come on in. We’ll get you hooked up with The Gentle Dental Plan. Really quick, The Gentle Dental Plan is $247 for the entire year, starts the day you come in. If that’s when you decide you would like to join The Gentle Dental Plan. And it includes all your x-rays, 2 exams, 2 cleanings, and, if we need any diagnostic photos, it would also cover that. So it’s over $500 value, and it’s wonderful. That way any crown, bridges, implants, anything you need done, even cosmetic, will be an additional 12% off. Hi. My name is Pamela and I work for Dr. Robert Antolak here now for about a little over a year. Our Dental Office is located at 15055 22 Mile Road in Shelby Township, Michigan. Dental payment plans available in Macomb County

At the Gentle Dentist located in Shelby Township Michigan we offer a wide variety of payment plans. Dr. Antolak will work with you on your time table and within your budget. Because he spends time discussing your individual needs he can also stretch your treatment to maximize your insurance benefits or if you are uninsured we have The Gentle Dental Plan.
Payment plans at our office include:
Cash-With this payment we will give you a 5% courtesy adjustment for prepayment on treatment.
Credit cards- We accept American express, Discover, Visa and Master Card.
For extended payments we can create an automatic payment that gets drawn out of your credit card on a monthly basis.
Care Credit- This gives you the option to pay interest free for up to one year. Many of our patients choose this option if the plan is a larger plan.

If you don’t have dental insurance our Gentle Dental plan includes:

2 exams, 2 cleanings, complete set of digital xrays, series of digital photographs, and 12% off of any dental procedures.  All of this for $247 per year which is less than 50% of the cost for an initial visit.
