Meet Dr. Antolak
Dr. Robert Antolak, DDS graduated from the University of Michigan in 1987 with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He is dedicated to providing the highest quality and appropriate cosmetic, sedation and general dentistry in the most comfortable and gentle way possible. Because being a dentist has been a lifelong dream, Dr. Antolak has a passion for the profession. He enjoys helping people feel better about their smiles and therefore their self-image with dental implant and cosmetic dentistry.
Service Missions
Dr. Antolak enjoys “giving back” by participating in service missions where he performs dentistry on those who don't have access to dental care. For the past 6 years, he has joined up with members of his church, Faith Lutheran church to treat children and adults in Les Cayes, Haiti.

Dr. Robert Antolak is a contributing author to the "Ask The Dentist" articles in the Macomb and Oakland counties "Senior Living News" and the Advisor-Source Newspapers. These are distributed in the Macomb, Shelby Township, Clinton Township and Sterling Heights Michigan area. He is married to Polly and is the father to Matthew and Grace. He is an active member and on the church council at Faith Lutheran Church. For fun he plays hockey and the flute. He also enjoys golf, fishing and skiing.

Margie -Dental Hygienist- Shelby Dental Office
Margie graduated with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 1984. Since then she has refined her technique and has been specially certified for local anesthesia. She is very involved with her church teaching VBS. She also spends alot of her time volunteering at her son's school. In her spare time she loves taking pictures of her family and scrap booking. She is blessed with her son and husband.
Christine has been practicing dental hygiene for ten years. She enjoys meeting and learning from her patients and take special pride in the gentle, yet thorough care she provides. Christine is married to Chris, has three young boys and two labs! She is very active in her church, St. John's Lutheran. She looks forward to meeting you and providing you years of comfortable gentle dental care.

Nelly -Dental Assistant- Shelby Dental Office
Nelly is one of Dr. Antolak's dental assistants and plays key roles in the office. She is the mother of two teenagers. Her hobbies are reading and learning foreign languages. She is from Bulgaria and has been personally trained by and has been working with Dr. Antolak since 1998. She transferred with him from Hamtramck when he moved his office in 2002. She is also certified in medical assisting. Nellie is fluent in Russian and Bulgarian, with a strong knowledge of French, German, Macedonian and Serbian languages which allows her to communicate effectively with those who speak these languages.

Jessica-Dental Hygienist- Shelby Dental Office
Jessica graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 2010. She is certified in administering local anesthesia
and nitrous. Jessica was fascinated with dentistry since she was a young
child and has always wanted to make a positive impact in this field. She
loves working with patients of all ages, but especially loves children. Her
aspiration is to one day get her Master's Degree for either teaching or
health administration. She has been an active member of her church her whole
life and has previously taught Sunday School and VBS for many years. In her
free time, she enjoys running and spending time with her friends and family.
Marketing Strategist and Financial Coordinator. Pam is married with three adult children and loves to spend time volunteering in her church. She enjoys walking and motorcycle riding with her husband. They each own a Harley Davidson. Pam has spent the last 20 years in sales and marketing and 12 years prior to that in the dental field. She starting out as a dental assistant right out of high school then on to patient coordinator, insurance and billing and finally office Manager. Pam says she’s happy to be back in the field of her first love, dentistry!

Dana -Dental Insurance Coordinator- Shelby Dental Office
Dana has been in the dental profession for over 20 years. She has been a Receptionist, Surgical Assistant, Medical/Dental Insurance Coordinator and Practice Administrator. Insurance Coordinator is the field she enjoys the most. Dana is a proud mom of a son who is currently attending college. She enjoys camping, being with family and friends and is a huge Green Bay Packer fan. If you have any insurance questions, Dana will do her very best to help you understand your benefits. She is looking forward to meeting you soon.

Nicole -Dental Assistant- Shelby Dental Office
Nicole graduated from Baker College of Auburn Hills in 2010 with a degree in Applied Science and holds a license as both a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant. Nicole has always had an interest in dentistry, which actually started as a young child when she was a patient of Dr. Antolaks. She has worked in the field since 2005 starting out at the front desk, then to office manager, and then wanted to learn the clinical aspect. Nicole is married and has two children that she loves spending her time with.
